The delivery was kind of all over the place. One time it showed up fast, but the next time it was late, which was annoying because I had to rearrange what I was doing and deal with the extra hassle. Not the worst experience, but definitely not something I want to keep chasing around

Stopped in and the vibe was off. The tables were dirty, the whole place felt stuffy and kind of messy, and it just didn’t feel like anyone was really keeping up with it. I tried reaching out about it afterward too, but the response felt like some copy-paste support message, which was even more frustrating.

I ordered from makisan.com the portion was "really" small. For what I paid, I expected a lot more. It kind of felt like I was paying extra just to still be hungry afterward. The taste was okay, but the value really isn’t there for me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

I waited way longer than expected for this, so I was already frustrated by the time it showed up. Then I opened it and the box was crushed, the rolls were all messy, and the sauces had leaked everywhere. Not a great first impression at all.

I ordered through makisan.com and overall it worked out okay. The order went through, the food arrived as expected, and nothing was missing, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the website felt a bit slow for me, and I ended up checking my cart a couple of times because I wasn’t totally sure everything had saved correctly. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but if you’re trying to order quickly, it could feel a bit frustrating. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest either.

So... I was really happy with how much there was to pick from. It was easy to customize everything and make it exactly how I wanted

I went to Makisan expecting a quick and easy meal, but the staff really didn’t come across as friendly. It just felt a bit awkward from the start.
When I asked a simple question about my order, they seemed around annoyed, like I was bothering them. The service was also slower than I expected, especially since it wasn’t about that busy.
The food itself was okay, nothing terrible, but the attitude kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I’m not really sure I’d rush back.

The rolls were definitely fresh — soft and still had that just-made feel, but the taste was average for me. Nothing bad, just not super memorable.

I ran into an issue and reached out to support, but i never really got any help. It felt like I was just being ignored, and the problem still isn’t fixed. Not a great experience.
